Exercise your rights over your personal data under Law N° 21.719
Under Chilean Law 21.719 on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your personal data held by Bakslash / GRUPO YYA SpA, and to request its temporary blocking. The law takes effect on December 1, 2026, but we already follow its rules: exercising these rights is free and we respond within 30 calendar days (2 business days for temporary blocking).
